Leafing Aluminum Rack

For exterior or interior metal surfaces. (Tanks, racks. etc.)

PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES – A low cost metallic aluminum blended with an all-resinous vehicle and selected solvents to give a highly polished appearance and proven durability in extreme weather conditions.

FINISH – Gloss

COLORS – Aluminum Metallic

SPREADING RATE – 300 square feet per gallon at 1 mil dry film thickness.

DRYING TIME – Tack free 10 minutes Dry 1 to 2 hours.

VISCOSITY – 10-12 seconds on #4 Ford Cup @ 80F.

THINNING – Xylol

SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface must be clean, dry and free of all loose scaly paint. New work should be properly primed. Previously painted surfaces may be painted over as is.

APPLICATION – Spray

EQUIPMENT CLEAN UP – Mineral Spirits or Xylol

PACKAGING – 1 gallon. 5 gallon. 55 gallon drum

FLASH POINT – 55°F T.O.C.
