PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – Epoxy Primer Lead Free is formulated with special rust inhibitor chemicals for use as a base primer under finish epoxy coatings. Because of their hardness and solvents the use of epoxy finishes over softer metal primers sometimes causes lifting.

DRYING TIME – 1 hour tack free 4 hours dry
VISCOSITY – After intermixing of components – viscosity varies with time & temperature

SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface must be clean, dry and free of all foreign substances. Mix equal amounts of Epoxy Primer Lead Free with Epoxy Primer Activator. Allow to set 30 minutes before using.
