PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – TCB Traffic Zone Marking paint is formulated to combine the properties of quick drying, easy application and good hiding in 1 coat. It dries hard and resists abrasion and water. Solids by volume = 42.3%. Solids by weight = 68.4%.

FINISH – Flat

COLORS – YELLOW (ALSO AVAILABLE IN WHITE AND RED)

SPREADING RATE – 250 sq. ft. per gallon or approximate 1000 feet of 4” line. 2.7 mils dry.

DRYING TIME AT 70F – To touch = 10 to 20 minutes. Ready for use in 45 minutes.

THINNING – VM&P Naphtha or Xylol.

SURFACE PREPARATION & PAINTING SYSTEM – Surface must be dry and free of loose particles and grease. One coat applied liberally will usually cover.

APPLICATION – Brush, roller or spray.

EQUIPMENT CLEANUP – Xylol

PACKAGING – One gallon, 5 gallon pails & 55 gallon drums.
