5% SILICONE SOLUTION

For exterior or interior masonry above grade walls. Gives a water repellant clear, invisable coating to cement blocks, bricks, limestone, and cement. PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES A solution of silicone resin which has outstanding water repellant qualities. It is very clean and does not darken or turn color with age.

FINISH – Eggshell (60° Gloss 65+)

SPREADING RATE – 125 sq. ft. at 1 mil dry film thickness

DRYING TIME – 10-15 minutes dry

VISCOSITY – 10-12″ @ 80°F #4 Ford Cup

THINNING – mineral Spirits

SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface should be free of dirt, dust, oil, grease or soot. Wash walls to remove all soot or dust. Not recommended for painted surfaces. Apply liberally with brush or spray 1 coat.
